Not all recurring appointments syncing

description

I've been seeing some recurring appointments being missed syncing from Outlook-->Google. I ran a test for an appointment at 5:30pm to occur 3 times on Apr. 10, 17, and 24. The 24th was missed, even though it seems that the log shows the attributes were set correctly in Google Calendar. I attached the log sync.

I hate it when people comment on posts with 'me too' but sadly I need to in this instance.

'Me too' - I've just recognised this same issue. Let me know if there is anything I can do to help diagnose it.

I'm not sure if this is related, but it seems re-schedule recurring appointments are also being missed. The original appointment (in the old time slot) is deleted, but the new appointment (in the new timeslot) is not created.

This is a great tool and I would love to help fix the issues. If there's anything I can do (tests to run, etc.), please let me know.

I thinik I figured it out. It seems as though you need to capture the original meeting notice that setup all the recurring meetings. If you don't sync that far back, the rescheduled recurring meetings are not synced. Seems like a bug.

I'll take a look at this tomorrow to see if it resolves the immediate issue.

Thanks

The attached sync log shows a particular item "LPA/Analytical Town Hall" in which the Google event recurrence has been deleted (manually) in the target calendar, but not in Outook source calendar. As you are syncing from Outlook to Google, there's nothing it can do about this - you'd have to manually delete the entire Google series for that item and let Outlook recreate it.

@SKG990 - please upgrade to v2.4 and see if this still occurs
