Error launching application

Hello, I used the calendar sync for a while until one day outlook crashed and after that i haven't been able to start the calendar sync application. When I opened the application in the previous version, the app would crash right away without any errors. Now with the new version (1.2.6.0) at least I get an error:

Application unexpectedly terminated!

Operation aborted (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80004004 (E_ABORT))

I can't find any logs or anything, i imagine because the app has not managed to create any logs when it crashes.
I tried reinstalling many times without success.
Is this a known issue? is there something I can do to reset the app to a clean state?

thank you

Sorry to hear this. It's possible you have a bad setting that's causing the program to crash. This can be found in your roaming application data folder (something like C:\Users\userid\AppData\roaming\Outlook Google Calendar Sync) - this should have both OGcalsync.log and settings.xml in it. Would be good if you can check what the log file says, but if not, just delete the settings file and try starting the application again.

Hope that helps

I don't know why i wasn't able to find the logs last time so i thought it was crashing before it started logging.
Anyway, now i deleted settings.xml to start clean but it still fails with the same error. This is what the log says

This looks to be the same as Issue 96, though I'm struggling to find what solution is.
Any further posts on this should be against issue 96.
Thanks!
