Works as advertised right out of the box. Even works seamlessly through the proxy in my office which many other applications have had problems with. One minor quibble, which isn't enough to lower my rating, is that the UI could be a bit more friendly, and the minimize-to-tray option could behave in a more "typical" fashion for a Windows app, but that's really just a nit-pick.

Worked perfectly right out of the box.

Does exactly what it says on the tin! Simple to set up and just works syncing calendar entries from Outlook to a Google calendar, just set it up and forget all about it. Better than any of the other apps that I have tried.

Failed initial sync with invalid participant email. Otherwise seems to be working fine. Limited overall but spot-on for what I need (1-way, OL to G, no reminders or attachments). Nice work.

As of day 1 at least, it's perfect. I'm running Outlook ==> Google with "Push Outlook changes immediately" checked, Reminders included and deletes allowed ("Disable deletions" unchecked). I did a few tests, and everything worked as expected. Events sync over quickly, reminders pop up on my phone, I tried a repeating appointment, and that worked too. I'd be interested in a 2-way option, but copying up to Google is my primary need, and this seems to do it quite well. I looked at several of the paid options, and while they include more features, most are either excessively expensive IMO, or they get mostly negative reviews.
